Room 19 runners and walkers gave an awesome effort in cold and damp conditions at our annual Cross Country event this week. We have been training hard every week for this day, running and walking around Murray Halberg Park, at the back of our school.
It was great to see all the effort and enjoyment on faces, even at the end of the second lap!
Extra congratulations to Jasmine (2nd), Elise (4th), Jack (2nd), who placed in the Year 3 event!
You can all be super proud of your efforts Room 19! Congratulations to the children who were the top runners in Pūriri Toru - fantastic!
