Year 3 Batfirst Cricket

Thank you to the awesome Auckland Cricket coaches, who gave all the Year 3 children at Owairaka an introduction to cricket skills today.

We learnt lots, and the bonus was we got to take home our very own bat and ball!

    It was fantastic to see Year 3's enjoying the cricket coaching and then playing again with their own bat and ball at break times. I'm sure there will be some backyard cricket happening!
