Kia ora Room 19, looking at your letter of the week...it is an easy choice for me, I would choose the orangutan. It is one of my favourite animals, they are such a beautiful orange colour. They spend most of their lives living high in trees in the jungle, they can live to be 45 years of age? I wonder if you can find interesting facts about them -where they live and why there are not many of them left in the world?
Kia ora Ruma 19. My choice would be octopus. I think most people know they have 8 legs but they can also squeeze through tiny spaces. I also learnt that wheke is the te reo Māori kupu for octopus. they also have blue blood and three hearts!
