Mindfulness, meditation, whatever you want to call it, Room 6 has been trying out techniques to help with breathing, posture, and relaxation. One of the things we have been doing is called "Big White Star" which is an activity to help us relax, connect with the community around us, and to be aware of our own bodies and movements.
