Caught Being Good: Joyce and Finley
These two girls were the certificate winners at our latest Puriri assembly. Finley is a thoughtful and organised learner, while Joyce is an excellent role model with her behaviour and her willingness to help classmates.
Awesome girls!

Congratulations: Hood
Congratulations Hood - you have made a super start to your school year! You can talk about what you are learning, and you always reflect on the class learning and on the actions you take. This is not easy to do! Keep it up.

Room 6 in the Library
Wednesday is library day in Room 6. We are so lucky at Owairaka to have a beautiful and well resourced library.
We have been learning how to behave when we visit, and what the proper rules are to look after our books. We want to keep them looking fresh for all the other children we go to school with.
